Three Korean Fashion Brands changing Seoul Fashion Week!

Last Fall, during Seoul Fashion Week in Korea, many Korean brands showed new trends, were influenced by K-pop culture, and implemented traditional Korean elements in their clothing for the Spring/Summer 2024 collection. In addition, there was an increase in sustainable fashion, from materials to the ethics of its production. The three brands I will discuss are Vegan Tiger, 02 Armoire, and Acceptance Letter Studio.

1. Vegan Tiger:
It was one of the first vegan fashion Korean brands. The meaning behind the name brand is a tiger-eating vegetable because they wanted to create vegan clothing by using various sustainable materials with mixed designs and artworks with bold colors. The Spring-Summer 2024 collection illustrated a mix of street style, academia, oversized, and form-fitted clothing with various colors such as green, gray, purple, white, brown, black, red, blue, and yellow.

2. 02 Armoire:
The brand is known for its sustainable and luxurious fashion. They create seasonal clothing from fine materials and quality with elegant, chic, and wearable designs. The meaning behind their name is that 02 ARMOIRE means your second wardrobe that you desire and always want to come back to. Their Spring-Summer 2024 collection illustrated a flowy, form-fitted, asymmetrical style with some of the clothing with floral designs. The collection's color scheme was green, blue, white, beige, and purple.

3. Acceptance Letter Studio:
The brand is known for being gender-neutral and daily wear clothing. They wanted their clothing to represent warmth, closeness, and desire. The meaning behind their name brand is that ACCEPTANCE LETTER is when you get a letter or acknowledgment that your work was approved and there is a home for your work to be at. Their Spring-Summer 2024 collection illustrated oversized, relaxed, elevated basic silhouettes and everyday clothing styles with white, red, lime green, and black color palettes.

Korean fashion brands took risks, mixed and matched styles, and made huge changes in this season's collection by creating sustainable and gender-neutral clothing. The brands created clothing for every style, from form-fitted to loose-style clothing. If you love these clothes as much as we did, you are in luck; you can look at the brand's website for inspiration or shop from these brands. Below, I will place the links to the brand's website.
